Conference Exhibitor Information

Vendors of energy saving products and services are welcome to exhibit and/or sponsor TEMA 2018 Conference. TEMA membership is not required.

Booth Prices:

  • Corporate Member - $600
  • Corporate Non-Member - $875
  • Electricity - $25

Exhibitor Benefits:

  • Booth Space 10’x10’ 
  • Booth fee covers the cost of 2 workers' Conference registrations.
  • 6‐foot table and 2 chairs
  • Pipe and drape provided
  • Electricity available at an additional price of $50
  • Company listed in the Conference App

Audience:

Public Facility Executives: Superintendents, City Managers, CFOs, Purchasing Directors, Facility Directors, Energy Managers, Maintenance Staff, etc.

 

Refunds:

If a cancellation of a booth occurs prior to April 1st, then half of the booth payment will be refunded.  

All canellations occuring AFTER April 1st will not be refunded.

*All booths must be set and ready to go by 5 pm Tuesday

Registration Requirements: Read and agree to Exhibitor Guidelines.

All products and services must relate to the energy industry, green technologies or sustainable buildings.

Exhibit space is limited. Space reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitor spaces are formally reserved only when payment is received.
